Au Pair in Spain Team

Our team is made up of skilled and multicultural people with a wealth of experience and with a high commitment to a quality experience and cultural exchange.

There are local coordinators in Spain to provide with the best possible support to families and au pairs in order to make this cultural exchange experience as more effective and comfortable as possible for both participants. We have also interviewers and partner agencies in other countries who verify that au pairs comply with current legal requirements and ensure that the quality of au pair applications is consistent with Au Pair in Spain standards and host family needs. Only the most qualified au pairs are accepted. Most of our team members have previous experience as host family and/or as au pair. This makes easier for them to understand families and au pairs needs and meet their expectations.
