Program Costs
We offer an AU PAIR EXPERIENCE PACK for 350€ . This fee does not include visa application costs if you need us to apply on your behalf once you arrive to Spain, but it includes orientation and support during your visa application process. 25% discount for summer au pairs (1-2 months during summer). Those au pairs travelling with a friend can get a discount of 20%. Our repeat au pairs will get a 50% discount. The fee is only applicable AFTER you have matched with one of our registered host families! You can talk to our families available that are interested in your profile and could be a good match for you for FREE!
Completing your application does not commit you to participating in our programme. If you find your host family in your own through other means, you still can benefit from our services and get our AU PAIR EXPERIENCE pack. Please contact us here.
What is included in our AU PAIR EXPERIENCE pack
We are not an internet data base, we are an au pair agency accredited by the IAPA that offer support and orientation to au pairs during their stay in Spain to get the most of their experience.
Private room and full board 7 days a week.
Pocket money between 75€ – 100€ per week.
Time available along the week to attend spanish courses, and also free days on weekends to enjoy our country (at least 1 day and a half).
Large selection of host families.
Modern application and administration for au pairs and host families.
Host family screening and advice on matching process.
Written agreement between host family and au pair.
Incompatible family rematch.
Airport pick-up by host family.
Pre-departure assistance and orientation about living and studying in Spain. Guidelines to be sent by email.
Welcome pack with complete information about Spanish courses, leisure activities, paperwork. To be sent by email.
Contact list of other au pairs in your area (mainly in Madrid as in other cities there are not so many au pairs).
Follow up call after you first arrive to Spain.

Agreements with Spanish language schools in Madrid to get the student visa at affordable price.
Support with visa formalities. Assistance with documents you need for your visa that need to be prepared in Spain (letter of acceptance from school, au pair agreement with family, letter from Spanish agency saying costs of accommodation and meals are covered) plus help when completing the National visa form which is in Spanish.
Support and help to get your NIE/TIE. We book an appointment for you and give you guide and assistance , as it is a difficult process.Application fees are not included.
Certificate of completion with International Au pair association accredited seal, as we are an accredited IAPA agency.

Payment procedure
Au Pairs can make the payment through Paypal or by bank transfer. Once you have been accepted by a family and you have also accepted them, you need to pay our fees prior to your arrival to Spain following our instructions. Note: If you find your host family in your own through other means, you still can benefit from our services and get our AU PAIR EXPERIENCE pack.Tax included. Fees may be subject to change .
Other costs
Flight and travel expenses: To be arranged by the Au Pair, it is your responsibility. The au pair needs to pay for her flight or train ticket to travel to Spain.
Health Insurance: To be arranged by the Au Pair, it is your responsibility. If you are an European citizen and have coverage by your national social security system, you may obtain the European Health Insurance card (EHIC) which will enable you to enter the Social Security System of Spain. If you are not an EU citizen, it is cumpulsory to arrange a medical private insurance for au pairs staying in Spain. If you do not need to get a Visa you can get any travel insurance but we recommend you this one. But if you need a student visa you need to get another type of insurance that operates fully in Spain like this one.
Spanish lessons: It is your responsibility. We can give you some recommendations depending on your needs and preferences and if you are applying for a student visa or not. You can see our AU PAIR & STUDY pack here.
Visa fees and costs related to au pair or student visa: Au pair has to pay for fees required by Spanish consulate in home country or by authorities and solicitors in Spain when applying from Spain. See detailed information about visa process and costs related.
